About Jason Sackett

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, PCC, CEAP

Chances are you are looking for solutions or just a good, neutral listener. If you are challenged with stress, anxiety, low confidence, or conflict, then you came to the right place. If you need a therapist with a unique perspective of the world of work, you found him. I help people identify and leverage their natural strengths, and to make shifts in their thinking that decrease negative feelings and improve confidence. Essentially, I help people think more effectively, build awareness, and design actions to improve their lives.

Call me if you re looking for performance coaching, need behavioral solutions at work or home, and especially if you need a lifeline from conflict. Use me to help overcome relationship dissatisfaction, stress, anxiety, depression, or disorganization. My therapeutic approach is a mix of cognitive-behavioral (CBT), solution-focused, and mindfulness-based.

I have a near-eidetic memory for people s stories. Even when sessions occur years apart, I can recount the essence (and often precise details) of the last conversation. This helps people feel seen, understood, accepted, and hopeful. I also have an innate ability to raise people’s energy. I don t plan this, but most clients say they leave feeling better.
