Psychotherapy can be helpful addressing coping with loss, chronic stress from work in a demanding industry, or wanting to explore the relationship patterns in your life and how they have led you to where you are now. You may be ready to let go of old habits and patterns that hold you back from living a life filled with purpose and joy. I work collaboratively with clients to target underlying issues as well as the external behaviors that may be keeping oneself feel stuck.
I work with a wide variety areas including addiction, career concerns, stress, gender identity, and other life transitions. I also offer training and organizational consultation.
