You are not alone and I would like to help. I have a passion for connecting with my clients and meeting them where they are. Together, we will work hard to improve your life in a safe, nurturing environment. I use insight along with EMDR and humanistic approaches in order to help people find their hidden potential and to heal. I will accompany you on your journey to self-discovery.

I actively think about and incorporate the impact of marginalization and oppression on people s health and well being. I am HAES (Health at Every Size) informed and trained in EMDR to address trauma and nervous system regulation.
