I (she/her/hers) work with transition aged youth (14-24), adults and seniors in my telehealth practice online. I want to see people who need help with making decisions, dealing with the past, and accepting self care into their own lives.

My specialty is childhood trauma, those with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. I also am gender-transition friendly and an ally for all LGBTQIA matters. Ask about a monthly subscription price that is available!

I truly believe that each and every one of us can benefit in some way from having a no-judgement, unbiased person who has no knowledge of our circumstances to talk with, vent with and bounce ideas off. Those of us suffering from past or current trauma responses need someone that we trust, who will not betray our confidence, to help work on our issues.
