I am a certified EMDR therapist and specialize in helping individuals deal with traumatic experiences in their lives. These can range from early childhood incidents of abuse and neglect to present day events. Oftentimes unhealthy coping mechanisms can develop as a result.

I also specialize in working with tweens and adolescents in helping solve problems with peer relationships, bullying, self harming behaviors and low self esteem. Many times young people need someone to validate their thoughts and feelings. I can provide guidance and direction on how to deal with troublesome situations and help with good decision making.
