For over 30 years I have worked with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety - that underlying sense of unease, depression or loss of meaning, self esteem, relationship concerns, substance abuse, grief and loss, and issues of spirituality.

I offer a respectful, collaborative approach integrating the body, mind and spirit. My work is informed by a strong foundation in mindfulness practices, an extensive background in body-centered therapies, hospice work, addiction counseling, CBT, and EMDR.
