About Paul E Margolis
Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT, R-DMT
I am a compassionate Solution Focused Therapist, who specializes in helping children, teens, individuals, and families cope with the aftermath of trauma. Whether there has been abuse, an assault, bullying, or the experience of witnessing a troubling event, I can help you or your child work through the transition and develop new coping strategies that can be successfully applied in the home, school, and work settings. I also have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidality, and other chronic challenges.
I am trained as an Expressive Arts and as a Play Therapist. I have worked in multiple private and public school settings, group homes, a domestic violence shelter, a county alcohol and drug program, in acute and sub-acute psychiatric facilities, numerous children s clinics, and in Private Practice.
Sonoma County Counseling is conveniently located on Mendocino Avenue across the street from Kaiser Hospital in Santa Rosa, with plenty of free off-street parking, direct access to public transportation, full wheelchair accessibility, and close proximity to several freeway on and off ramps. Call today for a free telephone consultation.
