About Renato Perez
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Do you feel trapped by your own thoughts? Feel like no matter how hard you try, you can t catch a break? Are you haunted by past experiences or traumas? You are not alone. I am an L.A. based psychotherapist and counselor that utilizes strength-based, solution-focused, and mindful therapy to guide you in your journey to self-improvement. Psychotherapy is one of the most important spaces that allows us to have difficult, yet important, conversations to find our purpose in life. Psychotherapy can also help you move through traumas and roadblocks to reach your full potential.
Allow me to support you as you move through these difficult times. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship problems, gender and identity issues, and adjusting to life changes. I also see individuals who simply feel stuck in life and are ready to achieve their higher calling and aspirations.
People of all genders and sexual orientations are welcome. Sessions are available Monday through Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings in the office or via phone/webcam. For your free 15 minute phone consultation, call/text (916) 943-4780 or email [email protected] Sliding scale fees are available.
