Trauma, depression and anxiety are caused by any chronic, childhood difficulty which became emotionally overwhelming and left you compromised to emotionally cope with issues in your life. Relationship problems, difficulty with your career, disconnected or not feeling yourself, or an inability to enjoy life are symptoms which may cause you to seek treatment.
I also provide gay affirmative psychotherapy which focuses on a meaningful understanding of LGBT issues, and support to deal with familial and societal homophobia.
