About Robert Franklin Evans

25 years of experience in mental health and addictions both adult, adolescent and the development of specific behavioral and cognitive skills helping parents regain control over their children s conduct, oppositional and defiant behaviors. I have also been providing services aimed at helping couples save their marriage and parents with with all aspects of child, adolescent and transitional age youth behaviors, including early onset of mental illness such as bi-polar, psychosis, anxiety and depression. In addition I can also provide professional training and provision of both Addictions and Mental Health formal INTERVENTIONS .
I offer help with specific interventions aimed at improving and stabilizing homes including marriage, blended families, adoptions, foster families with some history of trauma. This includes helping couples deal with as well as diverting family breakups and divorce. Parents generally leave with tools they bring home and implement with their family members.
I am an adoptive parent with personal and professional experience with trauma and addictions. I am a US Coast Guard Veteran (1986-1991), experienced and effective working with both veterans and law enforcement personnel on issues the various issues and challenges specific to those sub-groups. I use interventions that work and I have used personally.
