With many twists and turns these days, new crisis, and changing cultural climate, it is important to feel heard and validated. I would like to offer telehealth sessions to individuals in order to assist you in processing these concerns as well as other needs, struggles, and insights you may be faced with. While we will be meeting in this alternative manner I will strive to make you feel welcomed and heard.

As a therapist, I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgemental space for individuals to process the stressors. I work hard to provide compassionate responses that will help individuals explore, grow, and feel that their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs are validated, heard, and respected.
