I offer Indvidual, Couples and Family Psychotherapy, in English and Spanish. I honor the principles of compassion, openness, acceptance, non judgment, equality for all. I use inquiry and mindfulness of emotions, thoughts and body to welcome and receive what wants to be seen consider the multigenerational, biological, psychosocial and internal aspects of the human being as a way to better understand ourselves. I use Mindfulness, Attachment Focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, all guided by the belief that the therapeutic relationship, the human connection, is the ground where healing can happen.

My special interest is Complex Trauma, adverse experiences and difficult upbringings. The experiences we had in childhood affect the way we see and relate to ourselves, the world, others. I hold the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, an alliance where you can discover and express your truth, and allow these hidden parts to be seen

I am from Spain, so I provide therapy in Spanish as well. I have appointments on Fridays and Saturdays. I would be happy to speak on the phone and explore if we may be a part of your path. Wishing you listen to and trust yourself.
