Solitude or loneliness is one of the most critical and dangerous things in life. It proves us that we are not loveable and trustworthy for someone. No one cares for us. We are not important to anyone. Such a situation compels us to think that our life is meaningless.

Human is a social animal. We cannot live happy without relationships. So try to make relations with others so that life will become meaningful.
Avoid loneliness and try to interact with people. Make good friends and enjoy the company of friends. Loneliness and the social isolation it involves is truly an important source of depression and social adversity. We are social animals who live in groups. For humans membership in groups is an indispensable part of who are and what we need to be lead rich and fulfilling lives.
Acquiring improved social skills can be an important step towards reducing the thoughts of being meaningless. Since these skills make interactions with others more pleasant for us and that can be the start of the lasting relationships.
It is not easy to change long-established patterns of thought and behavior, but the important point is that they can be altered and to the extent, they are the factors that cause people to lead lives of meaningless.
If you are trying to overcome the thinking “life is meaningless” then you have to make your life meaningful. Spend your whole day with healthy activities. Try to remain busy whole day. Your whole day must be scheduled. Go for work, the job for study. Always keep mind disciplined and focus on positivity.
